Medical

Medical plan names are changing for the new plan year, and the new names are Performance, Select and Choice.  The in-network member coinsurance and pharmacy copays in the Select and Choice plans are increasing slightly. However, we are removing the separate pharmacy deductible. The plans will continue to use the Anthem provider network and Luminare will continue to manage and pay claims

Pharmacy

If you enroll in one of the medical plans, then you are automatically enrolled in the pharmacy plan. CVS Caremark manages pharmacy benefits. The network includes many major pharmacies, not just CVS. Specialty medications must be filled through CVS Specialty Pharmacy unless CVS does not carry the medication.

Employees enrolled in the Luminare/Anthem medical plans can use Teladoc for 24/7 care. General medicine, mental health, and dermatology are available.

The Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) is through Metlife. It is free, confidential, and available to employees and household members, even if you are not enrolled in a medical plan.

Basic Life and AD&D coverage, now offered through MetLife, is provided by Classic Collision at no cost to eligible, full-time employees. During this special open enrollment, you may elect additional life insurance for yourself, your spouse and your children up to the guaranteed issue amount, without proof of good health. You may also purchase whole life insurance through Transamerica.

The 401(k) plan is through Empower. Eligible employees may enroll each month after meeting the age and service rules.
Classic Collision offers supplemental MetLife plans, including Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage. These benefits are available to you, your spouse, and your dependents, and can help cover costs for certain health events by paying a lump-sum benefit in addition to your medical insurance. This year’s plans have been enhanced and include a wellness benefit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to enroll?

If you do not log in to UKG, all your current benefit elections will roll over except for Dependent Care FSA elections.  If you are enrolled in a Kaiser medical plan, please note all Kaiser medical plans are ending on 7/31/26. You must make a new medical election to be effective 8/1/26. Otherwise, you will not have medical coverage as of 8/1/26, and your next opportunity to enroll in medical will be during the following open enrollment window.

When is open enrollment?

Open Enrollment is June 9 through June 23, 2026. Your choices start on August 1, 2026.

Where do I enroll?

Go to classicukg.ukg.net. Use your login information, or use SSO if you have a Classic Collision email address.

Can someone help me enroll?

Yes. Call the Classic Collision Call Center at 800-817-1408 or email classicbenefits@highmarkbenadmin.com. A Benefit Advocate can answer questions and enter your elections in UKG. You may also book a one-on-one call with a Benefit Advocate using the scheduling link here.

Can my spouse join the call? 

Yes. Your spouse can join the call with the Benefit Advocate.

Do I need to choose or waive every benefit?

Yes. In UKG, you must select or decline all coverages to complete Open Enrollment.

Can I change my choices later? 

You must submit election changes within 31 days of the qualifying life event and submit support documents (ex. marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.)

Deduction Accuracy is Your Responsibility

  • Payroll deductions for the new plan year will begin on August 14th.
  • August 28th is the deadline for reporting any discrepancies or errors.
  • You are responsible for checking your paystub to ensure your deductions are correct and notifying the Classic Collision Benefits Team (benefits@classiccollision.com) by Friday, August 28th of any issues or errors with your benefits.

Please ensure you are being deducted the correct amount and that you are being deducted for all the benefits in which you are enrolled. The Benefits Team is unable to correct any issues submitted after August 28th and your next opportunity to make a change to your benefits will be during the next Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event.
